hey i heard you where going to be stockign some earthwing gear soon, are you getting any wheels by any chance? I am interested to see what a set of Slide A's is going to cost
Hey Dan, I saw matts fireball beasts and I like them. I want to get two sets 1 for a complete I'm building and 1 for me. How much with postage to Flinders 2529.
Hi Dan,
First off i'm no expert! Ive only built a handful of boards with many f'ups. I have only used a foam press and its ok for one offs. I Would like to get a vac bag, I think it would be a worthwhile investment, but I need to get a job first, sux being unemployed! I have only used ply but there are other options.
You need to just go with something and experiment, Its really the only way to learn and answer the questions. Board building is just one of those things that can't really be taught. I have learnt so much by building and sometimes failing.
All I did is what I would reccomend you do - read as many threads in the silverfish boardbuilding forum as you can. then just go for it. Sorry I can't be of more help but it sounds like you have a fair idea. Just jump in the deep end. Whats the worst that can happen? Good luck
