I would imagine kids.  I weigh just under 90kg and I have ridden the 45a and they were a bit to easy to turn for my choice.  I child or a light rider that cannot turn a 70a bushing because of their weight may really benefit from these.  We are currently testing with a number of light riders and we should have some video this weekend.  We tore into the 45a with the twist test because we didn't want them coming apart with someone's son or daughter on board.  We originally made the 45a because we wanted to see what the lower range of our compound was.  When people heard what we had done, they started asking for it for their kids.  Who are we to argue, it sounded like a good idea so here we are, we have a range of 45a to 95a of a very high rebound material.  We tried the same test with the 95a and soon found it cannot be a hand held test.  I almost broke my wrist with the force it required to twist the 95a 360 degrees so I will need to build a fixture.
