It was about 5-6 yrs ago we had a customer called Aquatech. They got us to CNC machine the accurate parts of their camera housings after they moulded them out of composite. I think the guy ended up buying his own machine and making them himself.
To make something similar costs many hundres of dollars unless you do large batches of say 20 or more.
We don't really design that sort of stuff ourself. The customer has a design and gets us to make it.

the fly wheels were just some old used ones laying around in the hopshop. Ado might stock fly's. if now give the BRD Ace 102mm wheels a try.

hey dude, how low is the grom race drop thru going to be with 90mm flys?
should look at holley trucks as they can be drop thru alot further than other trucks without hanger bite..
