Hop thanks for the comment will make sure to introduce myself to you at Newtons. Rollercoaster 09 was a pretty good event in terms of trying to grow the sport in NZ. It was set up so that everyone could do it and the course reflected that. The organizers let the more experienced skaters have heaps of input in terms of course design and how to run things. Sorry Hop for not replying earlier i didn't see your post. when i first built the luge i did a bit of bit of testing arround the pits and on mountain straight mostly straight stuff getting used to it. Brendan and i then started doing some runs from forest to the chase as we had no one to spot corners for us. we had one day where i drove in front of brendan in a little jeep from the newtons start line down to the chase after two turns each we were caught by the Clerk of the Track... we received a severe warning and have not been back. I even approached council told them we were representing Bathurst at Newtons they still wont allow us to practice up there. really looking forward to NP and have some free gos at the hill

not one hundred percent who answered the hop phone today but thanks heaps whoever it was for the help, was getting abit worried about my board haha

I have noticed that, all of my friends that have gone through hopkins always rave after about how good the service is, i am sure i will say the same things if anyone asks me about the shop,
all good, i cannot wait to get it, hoping to get some filming done and enter the video competition too
one small thing, when should i receive the email about my order being on the way or complete?

Hey Hop, I was wondering what's the link to the Newton's Rider List that's hosted on the Hopkin server (the one that keeps refreshing)? I prefer that rider list as it's easy to count the total number of riders. Plus it shows the riders that registered in chronological order, so it's pretty neat to see who registered recently. I was given the link before but didn't bookmark it, and I couldn't find it on your blog.

ok yer, well i am into slight down hill, cruse and carve, and alot of slideing. i want the lot kingpin, washer, bushings. and in terms of bushings i want kinda something that can take some speed but is still not to bad a carving, oh and it will be for a dervish with randals and a demonseed with grizzlys ( havnt got it yet), and im looking to spend about 50-70 bucks

FYI hop, the 'How to get more turn from your Bear Grizzley trucks' link on the grizzley 852 page at hopkin.com.au doesn't work. Also, i happen to have a pair of these trucks and double barrel venoms/reflex's don't fit. Do you guys have any longer kinpins that would fit them?
