hey bro, the vxb bearings in general are pretty freaking sick. I run ceramics and have no problems with them at all. If you're just looking at steel ball ones, then get a set with yellow shields, they're the better pick. They take a while to run but after that, they are so smooth and take a punishing. hope that helps

Alrighty.... I did some looking to find the ones I use in my boards.

That link is for the ceramic ones I use in my DH and Buttboard. They are pretty sick. Like I said, VXB seem to take a while to run in but once they're worn they are one of the best out. Adrian at Cre8ive has ones with built in spacers, similar to a Bilt-in from Chris Chaput. Talk to him and see if he has anymore left.

That link is for the just regular VXB's which I recommend. I use them in my gammin slide deck. They're strong and take a beating.

They're probably my two picks for ceramic and just regular ball, but you could lash out on a full ceramic bearing like the guy who set a speed record on a rocket powered luge did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEEzKKWSV2s
