Hey there Leeso, on the subject of training. What do you do to build up the leg muscels? As you know I'm heading to Maryhill this year and although Im not expecting to come out on top I would like to give it my all and atleast be able to standup at the end of the race. I have been doing alot of flat ground long distance skating and alot of uphill skating (which isnt as fun as the downhill bit). What do you do?

I can certainly run in soft sand, living on an island does have beachy benefits.

Leeso, do you ride around around buderim on the sunny coast, if so i think you know Joe brown, a kid from my class at school (i am his boring, surfin, skating, math and biol teacher). I think you're the guy who makes GLIDE boards. They are sik. Joe's timber board and the carbon fibre board look and feel amazing. Love to get my hands on one.
