hey Jeremy ohh okk yer we were going to head up to noosa not this coming Saturday but then next! We only really know one good spot, and we have been there with ash and pete from near brissy.

Thanks J, I'm in bali at the moment on a surf trip...not doing much surfing though for obvious reasons. The good news is I'm seeing a chinese medicine and acupuncture man who knows his shit and he's a real healer. All the pro surfers go to him up here so I'm recovering with his help. After reading what you wrote and listening to other people who did the same I don't want it to pop out again and I was wondering what the best advice would be from someone like you who's had 2 ops. Once I've completed physio, you reckon lift plenty of weights? Maybe physio once a month or something but I don't know...I surf a shitload and I need my shoulder man. What would you have done differently after the first time it happened so I can avoid the same fate of goin under the knife? Thanks for your advice J, I'll be hittin the gym when I get back home in a couple of weeks. I like the term 'crash proof'. I'm gonna work on that. Had my second surf today because the waves were pumping and I couldn't resist...not for long though, only 30 mins but fuck it's nice to ride any kind of board after 2 weeks of nothing! Can't wait to jump on my skater. Nice one, L.
