I was looking at some websites and thinking about general web design and realised that people often have a low tolerance to scrolling. Given the nature of all info being put up as narrow blog posts I realised that on a 17" screen they would never see the membership section.

Currently working on a tab with sub tabs regarding current results/rankings for CHC/IGSA/ISSA if that's ok dude, just making sure I can get readable text on the png images

Good grief! I remember having a fantastic conversation with you. I remember apologising every 90 seconds for being drunk and waffling away merrily on irrelevant tangents, but I don't remember the gf thing. People must hate you - they have one pissed diatribe, then six months later you're able to remind them exactly why they're a sloshed idiot!
Anyway, I'm now on ASRA (I'm wearing a Newton's Playground - Mount Panorama 08 T-shirt as I write) so the chances are getting stonger that'll we'll finally get to finish our conversation. Until then mate...

I know basics, but want to get into it more and get a few tips etc..

I'm going down under (and I came here) because
(a) I can. (This is of utmost importance.)
(b) It is the last time for me to jump out of the hamster wheel to travel and be free before I start working.
(c) Longboarding has become more than a pastime or a sport for me. It's the language I speak with concrete.
(d) Actually, I came here from Silverfish where I read that the Aussie riders congregate here rather than there.

I'll be in Australia for 5 weeks or so. When I'm in the vicinity, I'll try to meet as many riders as I can.

Bugsy, how are you?? Just wondering what kind of power you have over the site in regard to people who are not members viewing forums?? Is it possible to set them all to private in the sence that only people who are logged on can view forums. Now that we know channel 10 has been viewing the site there is not much doubt that the police are here to.

thanks for the ride home on sunday, maga and i really appretiated it, turns out my hand hand had a serious infection, i saw a doctor later that day and he freaked when i said id been skating, jan 17th is looking good, do you know of any trips out to the beforhand, peace

Thanks mate, I actually go freebording so not as crazy as downhill speedboarding ect. Just thought id join the site so i can find some nice long easy runs and maybe some guys to ride with.
So far it looks great

hEy BuGs ... been a lurker here for ages but this stupid billycart thing made me join so I could tell them to pull thier heads in ! Not sure ASRA PL insurance would cover billycarts to start with, they wouldn't pass safety accreditation and .... they don't have anything to do with skateboarding - I should know - 40+ years of skating - never seen them at skateboard event ever.
MASTERS is going to be the biggest national downhill skate event EVER in Australia and these BILLYCARTERS are annoying me - love that comment that "we have to all stick together "- gee skateboarding is looking SOOO sketchy - dieing sport !

Yeah I completed the 20km in 1:13 I think.
Place 24th on 52 participants, finished 1st on 4 women. Great race!
