well a DH board steers more from the front than the back but you cant really notice much difference because its easy to get a feel for. being lower its easier to push and footbreak and thats pretty much it. if the weathers good on thursday it looks like ill head up there for a session from about 9.30
can you make it? if not tell me the days your free and well work around it

Re trucks for your D'seed, here's what I'd recommend:

Front: Either a Randal 180 (50 deg baseplate) or a Tracker Fastrack.
Back: A Randal 180 (35 deg baseplate)

It's a classic setup, guaranteed to work.

For wheels, either Lime BigZigs or the 75mm Orangatangs. Can't go wrong either way.

$225 for new leathers or used? and what brand? might have to check it out. i got some but they're a bit big and bulky.
yeah cant go wrong with randals, you could try my 50/35 and if you like them you could buy em off me because the only way to get that setup would be to buy the individual parts from randal in US and if you want em ill give you a good price, just so long as you skate em hard and with me haha

I believe that 35 deg Randals will be available from Hop in the very near future - days, or perhaps a week or so. He already has 50 deg Randals.

man today i had my english test, and when im bored my mind wanders off and all i could think of was skating. i think thats gonna be an issue in all my tests. making a living off skating would be nice ay! theres a session at pump station on sunday at 10am. i wont be able to get there coz of 6 hrs of tests on monday but you could take your kids up or whatever

Matey that was the biggest blog you have posted yet ,Tuesday i think my chest should be ok i hope! im really keen for another stab at the mountain ,Yeah I was stuffed too 16 hour shift dealing with pissed dickheads all night,I will go for a skate tomorrow and do some laps at the public pools and see how well my chest goes ! Its still hurts when I breath too deeply I reckon ive got a couple of them fractured but thats all good wont stop me from skateting.I got in touch with Col and he,s bringing my bushing kit so I will see if it takes the squeeck out of my trucks.,is tuesday ya last day at school or the start day for ya holidays? cya on the Mt champ!!!!
