and stay out of Fitzroy gardens.

The gardens around the MCG has better skating.

Also some of the UNI's are worth a look. They have good mutildeck carparks that are empty on weekends.

Keep the city for night sessions, and don't create any new reasons for speed humps.

1, no riding at fitzroy, flagstaff or the botanics during daylight hours
2, no riding carparks during daylight (unless its with callum's after work sessions on a sunday)
3, no riding at brimbank or drifters with out one of the local crew who is 18+ (myself, casser, brenton) both parks are on sketchy legal ground and can be fucked up, dont want groms doing solo missions there at all untill we work out the legal side of things.

outlaw series is getting ready to roll have real eased preliminary dates at this stage though it might get shuffled back into december for the start date.

'series opener at switchbacks 19th of november
ditch free ride at flemington 3rd of december 
cafe run fitzy with random finish line 17th of december
royal park outlaw (hopefully gs) 7th of jan
drifters freeride 21st of jan
fitzy sweeping run 4th of feb
Series finisher 25th of feb at kongwak (will be racing from the top)

basically its 7 rounds with 9 chances to score points (switchbacks will have a peer judged free ride and fitzy sweeping run will have a china mans downhill) if any event is rained out besides kongwak which will run rain hail or shine then its going to be moved back a week where viable if its still wet or we have issues then it will be moved to sunday night carparks, i will also be trying to organise a spot tour in lorne and a ditch tour at some stage as well so keep an eye out for that too, should be an awesome series this year and be packed full of tight technical and compedative riding and i can't wait to see who steps up and does well in the series this year.'

3rd December should be Canberra ditch and conehead cup.

Be a real shame to clash with that event, cause nothing can compare to a session in the Ainsle drains.

Also don't forget about MossJam 11th to 13th November, Ditch, Bowl, Slalom, with sides of Melton and Carparks.

yeah, its hard not to clash with anything and still have the series finished up in late feb, so i am kinda working it around all the events that people who are likely going to be skating in this are going to travel to, i.e., its not clashing with the zigzag race in tazzie or MOTH or any of those events, sadly its close to moss jam and the ditch free ride clash's with canberra, which is why i didn't chose to run the GS on that date or kongwak

ey, any of you have pictures of us hitting up carparks? a friends wants to use it for an architecture project. shes designing a carpark that'll have mutiple utilities, i.e. longboard park by night. haha.

note: she isn't building a longboard/carpark, just designing one for uni.

just thought i would throw up a quick post here mentioning the fact that we have got mantis and macs sponsoring this years series, stoked to have both companies on board and it wouldnt of happened with out Troy Gill and Troy McnNeil, hopefully this will be the best series i have ever been a part of and it makes me humble to know that those guys think its worth supporting

stoked to announce hemleys will be part of the series this year, i have a long history with Jimmy and have known Callum since before i started riding downhill so its great to have them on board with it this year and to know they have faith in what i am doing, i don't doubt that this year will be a huge summer of racing and i think everyone should be very stoked on it

yeah there is 7 events planned as well as a spot tour through the otways this summer, its all kinda grom friendly (which some people seem to hate) but there is a heap happening and alot of stuff up for grabs at events

the tour chris is really gonna be unplanned this year its defs a proof of concept kinda deal, prices are what ever it costs you to eat, stay and travel to the area for a few days, its not cheap to stay there if you can find some where this late. If we can get a few guys to shred some gnar this summer and people dig it i will try hook up some camp sites for next year and all that, but its a huge task finding accom for some numbers down there
