so later this week/this weekend i have a few hills that need testing for ********** if your keen to come out towards drifters and do a few runs of some interesting hills and give feedback let me know

I thought of a carpark race format..
-we set a time limit e.g. 10 mins
-start fromt he top... see how many runs you can do in 10 mins. =]
-need someone to ref... counting "flags" (how many laps) racers done
-prob need to be at night.. or sunday evening..
-its just for fun.. so save ur flaming.

i can see that format not being easy to run TBH ben, it would be cool, but your also likely to fuck people off and there is a easy way to cheat in it

and ben that format still means being near you while you wobble like ching after 2 beers

neways, i'm proposing a decently do-able format for an event. anyone keen?

personally i dont like the idea of having guys judging..... i am not a fan of judges in skateboarding so thats just me, as soon as you have 'marshal's' you introduce a viable way to protest, it seems your over complicating a simple racing style where there is a fully functioning format, also, its going to raise the odds of someone getting stuck in a lift (your using the lifts alot more) and thats not something we want ever, especially during a race

1) getting stuck in the lift is very very rare. you can take the stairs?
2) we just need guys at the top and the bottom to count how many runs are done. they're not judging. and we're you the one that kept trying to set up peer judged slide comp? -.- long term memory or just hypocrite?
