    If you're new to longboarding, you probably shouldn't come to bombsquad, you have a fairly high chance of getting hurt if you're not comfortable doing 

    a. shutdown slides

    b. foot braking

    c. riding through traffic and running from security

     

    once you get a and b, you'll probably be ok.

    ye i can foot break, always did it on a trick board, n yeah shutdown slides im not great at yet lol i was practicing my colemans yesterday n cut my forearm, but practice makes perfect, and c is easy :P but aight i'll keep practicing n hit it up when im better

    hey alex. as long as you can footbreak BEFORE you hit scary speeds you will be fine.
    the real absolute basics is
    -footbreak
    -carve
    -helmet and gloves.

    I'll admit i started bombsquad before i knew how to footbrake properly, but in hindsight it was pretty bad that i did so.

    the basic things you need before going to bombsquad are:

     

    1. Skateboard

    2. Helmet

    3. Stoke

     

    all those things you listed Tim are things you probably learn there, not need to know before going. Its the most chilled skate session you could possibly think of
