Saturday was sick.

Carving down a hill and my wheel comes off mid slash with that much pace that it hits a parked car and sets off the alarm.

I thought the worst, but like always the squad pulled together... Rob found my bearings and spacer and ten minutes later (and about 20 metres from the scene) Luca recovered my wheel nut. Epic shit.

Anyway... Apart from heavy traffic and low squad numbers it was a pretty sick night. All the boys are ripping on the new loaded freeride wheels, Luca has a shiny new FSU... its all happening.

Carpark jam happening soon. Need to sort out the format.

First on the agenda... - What day suits?
Taking into account that we need a quiet one to get it all done before getting turfed... - Would anyone show up on a weeknight? Do we want to get drunk and hand out awards later on..? If so then a weekend night/day would be better... I reckon a weeknight (Excluding thursday) or we just wing it and try and get it done early on a sunday morning.

Word up, maybs friday night? or sat night get it on like donkey kong?

Thursdays are out for me but am keen on other nights... will keep an eye out here in future.
Just found this site, so I'll share a short tale of a Car Park in Newcastle (middle of town) we use to bomb in the 80's it was 8 stories but split level so it had 16 down ramps and 16 landings ,) I think it was damaged in the Earthquake and heard it was going to be demolished... it was mad fun got me wondering now ,)

trying to find pads but everyone seems to be out of 187's which i've heard good things about... are these similar to the Protec street pads? they seem to have pretty flimsy looking, cheap plastic pads?

theres been cheap 187s on ebay . i got me a set of knee pads for $30

Hey dudes, thought it may interest you to know that my guide in Seattle and Cathlamet is a bloke named Jonothan who used to roll with the S.C.B.S. We have been out hitting up some carparks and he has signed up for the slalom and push race at Cathlamet.
