martin you can post where ever you want, all the members are here and there's absolutely nothing wrong with this site, incomparison to the 'other' site, there is really no difference on what can and cannot be done. all in all, we still organise to skate here. 'nough said.

hamish, i set the other site up as a test and as a idea to save the huge headache that using 3 different websites to setup events and introduce new riders. Not all the guys like asra, not all the guys like silverfish, not everyone has facebook. Its been setup to put everything in one place, with a simple web address we can give out to other crew we run into. It makes things simple, its not trying to replace asra or anything, or even compete with it, its just a place for all the melbourne crap to go and one single place instead of 3.

 

This group is perfecly fine, but hardly any crew use it much because the crew that used to use it dont really ride that much or live in aus still.

sean: why say "suggest everyone stops posting" then say "this group is perfectly fine" ?

at the end of the day, we still using more than one site.... -.-

there are some hills, if you know where to look. I know of and have skated some stuff thats 10km+ long with heaps of turns

personally martin, i'd go the helcat, it's a sick board, but everyone's got their own opinion! Go into skate shops such as hemleys and stand on the boards, see whats comfortable, just check everything out!

There's a good reason secret places are secret and for that reason you won't find links to google maps co-ordinates. If you really want to find a new spot, look at a map find a road and drive there to check it out. Its how everybody else did it.
