    dude what happened?
  • JeSSSe

If you mean by my concussion, i want over a jump probably abit more than a metre high on my bmx and the front wheel kinda slipped out sideways when i landed it and my head went wack on the ground, pretty hard. My back, knees and albows were Fucked up so much. Soooooo painful!!!

    Fendy

that sounds horrible. hope u were wearing a helmet. At least ur in 1 piece.
  • JeSSSe

lol and i wasnt wearing a helmet

And in 3 weeks or so i might be getting a killswitch and an evo or if not an evo a demonseed. Im thinking crails and big-zigs on the K-Switch and my paris's and another pair of big-zigs on the evo (or demonseed) k switch is pricy
  • JeSSSe

also when i stacked my body snaped in half
  • Hamish

Woudent of happened on a longboard lower center of graverty ya see but early grabbing 1m might be a challange.hihihaha. Ha
Mend quick Jesse hope your well.
  • JeSSSe

lol couldnt remember a second of it, aparently i hit the ground and was out for like 15 seconds, well thats what the others told me
  • JeSSSe

    it was 2 years ago
  • JeSSSe

Theres a chance that might work, but i wouldnt do it.

    sean meaney

    sean meaney

also anyone up for a skate tomorrow?
  • JeSSSe

Are randal 205mm comp-II trucks good on the evo???
  • Dale

jesse, stick with a cast truck like 180 randals, precisions offer little to no benefit.

  • Premium Member

    sean meaney

jesse as its been said on this site many times, you want CNC or randal comp's go for it, i heard the randal comp-II trucks are very good, i would reccomend them as your best bet doe a high end truck as they work with all randal base plates as well as force plates so i would say if you want any top end truck go for them, easier to get your angles right on them with the price of their plates, i got force trucks on my evo and love them so anything works, but defs they would work well mate
  • JeSSSe

Force is a pretty nice truck, they have a very smooth turn. I ''might'' go with the comps. Iv never tryed randals before and im looking forward to using em but im sure their just like paris. :L
  • JeSSSe

And by the way how good are early skateboards???
  • Callum O'callaghan-daft

i bent my force trucks MAJORLY mind i jaut doing pregrabs and boneless tricks, wouldent recomend them, but if you do you can pick up a set for $60 new at force industrys in frankston....

    sean meaney

randal comp trucks are floating axle, they are a dif ball game to what you been dealing with, they take alot of work from what i hear (bearing cleaning doubles as your using twice the bearings)
I have never had an issue with force trucks, i use them for DH, freeriding and bowl skating and they have never given me any trouble but thats just my experience with them, i aint doing drops, little pre grab's on the bowl board is the most stress i put them under
  • JeSSSe

So my next setup is going to be Evo with randal comp 205mm trucks and 83mm 81a flywheels. With red double barrel khiro bushings.
  • Gilbert

Use the chatroom boys if you wanna chat about gear, much faster and easier and you wont clog the latest activity.

    sean meaney

jesse your going to have a gnar fast and drifty setup, dude it sounds like the sorta board i could imagine you on, what angles you going for? personally i use a 50 front and 35 back with a soft wedge riser added so its about 3 degrees all up
  • stephen.mhsrider

sean, i hope that you mean 35 FRONT and 50 BACK not the other way around. If you actually meant 50 front and 35 back then that would be 65/20....

    65* isn't fun
  • JeSSSe

Yeah, what sean said but to the opposite.
  • JeSSSe

And my ''nemi'' or ''demonseed'' setup is going to be 215mm indys with 86a b-zigs front and rear. Orange khiro bushings.
  • Ben Shane

sean... sometimes the only thing I think you use for DH is your mouth

    BURNNN
  • Callum O'callaghan-daft

hahaha.......orange khiros....so so soft.....you really wouldent wat to weigh to much, im 70ish had em on randel's and dervish and it was all over the place...
  • Gilbert

nah, sean meant 50 in front and 35 at back. He has his evo setup 57/5

  • JeSSSe

How good are those blue krypto wheels??? Because i have a ''mok up'' version of them that i got from evolve afew weeks ago and i want to know how the real ones are, compered to the fake ones.

They look exactly the same they just have a different logo.
  • stephen.mhsrider

apparently the arent the fastest wheel but not slow either
    arent very durable
    but they SLIIIIDEEEEEE

  • Premium Member

    sean meaney

Blues are the shit, favourite wheel on earth but when your having to pay 150 a set for them its hard to justify though seriously worth it, the smoothest drifting wheel i have ever ridden in my life, mate if you got a wheel like them dont expect them to be good, i ridden every wheel poured in that shape and the only ones as good are slashers from freebord which nearly top blues. Jesse if you want to race with controlled drifts then this is the wheel for you man, you slide them through corners with ease and if you pick your lines right can still bomb the turn at fairly high speed with out any slip, best wheel on earth
  • Dale

2nd best...if they could only make otangs smell like oranges, mango's or....purple...
  • stephen.mhsrider

  • JeSSSe

Well these blue wheels where about 80 buks. Ill give you a quick review:

    Its what sean said.

Ill put them on my d-seed and bring them on sunday on dec 13th, wich is like 2 weeks.
