Ahhh I would love to go to Stackers but I can't practice slides until I get slide gloves and a board without Sidewinders... Xmas hopefully...
And also, due to the sensitive nature of my Occupation I can't do anything illegal, so getting caught by security at stackers again is not an option =(

Hey rosco, you dont need a whole new board, just get some new trucks and keep your existing board and wheels.  New Trucks are under $100 and second hand ones are around $50.

As for slide gloves dude, I have $12 bunnings rigger gloves with a $2 chopping board cut into pucks and velcroed on.

Skate in Scarbs tonight. Meet at the shops on the corner of St Brigids Terrace and Fulford St, Scarborough at 8:00pm. (Thinking of checking out double view bowls club if indy bar has a cover charge :))

I uncovered some pure Gnar in Scarbs last night.  Shortish, Fast and very Technical.  May have to make it a standard part of the circuit :)

scarbs is defs on my to do list once my knee is 100%
