cheers for the sk8 lads. I'm now about 300km inland from geralton. Not much in the way of ashphalt let alone hills... DOH!

I went to Peace Hill yesterday with a couple of friends.
We are all pretty new to longboarding, and that hill was insane.
No way I could bomb that from the top.
Do you guys have meet ups there very often?
Let me know if you do, i'de love to come and check it out one day.

This Wednesday night - Standard Skate in Scarbs.

Meet at the shops on the corner of St Brigids Terrace and Fulford St, Scarborough at 8:00pm.

We run a sort of circut, Push/roll down to Indy bar via Slide hills, Push / roll back via gentle and long hill. Walk up to top of Ewen Street (Near water tower) and do some nice long runs, then if we are feeling adventurous, do the steep side of Ewen street. All in all, a nice skate.

Its Gnar enough to keep the good guys entertained while being ok for people who just like to carve and take it easy. :)

planning on getting a new deck soon..

I must say, ive been going to the shops without shoes or gloves, etc, etc lately, but always wear my helmet!

due to rain meeting place has changed tonight to the corkscrew carpark in west perth
its above the onyx bar on the corner of outram and mayfair st
if your at fast eddies just head straight towards the freeway along murray st under the freeway up the hill and turn left when you get to outram
should be some good slideyslide action!

Just picked up a new set of Muska V bearings and they're not the fastest but they sure are smooth, would love to do stackers again but not tonight. Look forward to rolling with you guys again soon.

@Chris - Thongs can be interesting too, they get sweaty and slippery, make you afraid to carve, and they heat up when foot breaking :)
