two more weeks until im over in W.A, what are some decent spots around Perth guys? looking for decent carparks and a hill or two (40-70kmph).. whats some of the longest runs you guys do?

How did it go in the hills today?

well in perth city there are a few beltable carparks, one called corkscrew which is the wilson parking place near onyx bar in the city and there are many more but iv forgotten, as for hill bombs there are so many, pretty cruisy one in kalamunda area called the zig zag (zig zag scenic drive) and that has speeds ur looking for

hey tess, no we don't. we do a lot of free riding as well. keep an eye on this space, there are people skating peace hill every week and usually just not atm there are meets in the multi story carparks in the city. :)

and yeah come out some time tess, and always wear your pads and helmet, whenever i'm not waring them i lose skin. :)

when i had lost a knee pad, no matter what knee i put the pad on, no matter what i always landed on the knee without the pad haha. :)

bottom line for everyone, always wear pads and a helmet.

Meet will be near the Ewen Street Water Tower (7ish I suspect), cruze down to the Indy bar via a few good hills and slide spots. Have a beer and a smoke, then cruze back.

Ok, Wednesday night cruze is on.

Meet at the shops on the corner of St Brigids Terrace and Fulford St, Scarborough at 7:30pm.

Go for a cruze down easy side of Ewen, via a few hills and some nice slide spots. Stop at Indy bar and drink a pint (you can have OJ Dave :)).
Push back and perhaps one or two other hills.

i'd say we've had over 50 new West Aus Riders members join in the last 6 months. got some vids up www.youtube.com/danbass85 which people have commented and have introduced them to ASRA... also the West Aus Riders crew have been spreadin heaps of stoke on the street, through friends etc and Ian organised a pushrace which had a real sick turn out and yeah the stoke is definately there now in WA and I think it is growing still and am looking forward to getting this puppy to 100!
unfortunately Im out the moment with an injury from the first run I did with my leathers.. wooo! - but yeah, aching to get the City Jams happening during the week again when my knee is better and a campout and/or roadtrip down south after NN.

no raine! yeah freebords are great fun, pretty steep learining curve. so after a couple of hours your going to be carving and throwing slides. not really for pushing around on tho.
