Where should we meet? If anyone needs a lift out there/wants to give me a lift, I'm leaving from subiaco.

ill be in south perth that morning, so if anyone needs a lift from around there or catches a bus out canning hwy towards the vic park bowls i can lift them. yeah roleystone i believe, i always forget how to get there, but a couple of mates of mine are coming along so, should be sweet.

i might be able to do sunday, i might be in mandurah :| what are the hills like there ian? any good? what speeds? might go there with some mates another time,

well, lucky for you there are krew in mandurah. hills are super fun and relatively chill, churchmans brook is pretty straight and around 60-65kph. give craig a call/text and see if he can hook you up with a lift, im sure he wouldnt mind if he ends up coming out. otherwise happy to do a traino pick up.

will prob try to get to the traino that arvo it that cool. might need a lift ian if thats cool?

i only finish work at 5, but we might head up after that? ian, what time u gunna start skating? n we might have room for u harry if u need lift.

@Lachlan Carey -hey man, im jus startin to get into more downhill in the next 6 months as im savin money at the mo (so no pads, helmet or leathers for me). there are a couple good spots just up the road from Wembley.. have done up to 55kph which is as fast as i wanna go in a 60kph zone with cars and no protection lol. damn your lucky - that's a sweet little area! i'll be up for a skate when im feelin better.. got a bummer of a chest cold at the mo. txt me ur number man and we'll hit up a skate sometime 0431 833 148

@Ian McGlynn -yeah man, i will... once im back from america (after july) it'll probably be my #1 hobby i spend money on. until then i can only hope i can find some velcro thats not too expensive to make slide gloves w/ gardening gloves and kitchen board but yeah fighting a chest cold and flat out doing overtime at work so kinda puts that on hold for now

anyone know where to get velcro from (nice n cheap though) ?

Dan you can get cheap velcro in spotlight its uber strong and like $2 for a metre long 10cm wide stuff.

dan. bunnings for velcro, u can build slide gloves for under 10 bucks. as for a helmet, they help your brains not splatter, so u should get one as its hard to get into america with splattered brains.
@ian n brody- thinking of going fast tonight(thursday nite) if ur keen. gots us a HD GoPro and camera pole and backpack cam. which is always fun

Hi Guys, Im returning to the scene after an extended break. I wouldnt mind meeting up with some people to show me the ropes and expand my knowledge about equipment, etc, etc. I currently have a long board (but no safety gear) and work in northbridge. I can probably do monday next week, or wednesday night from 9:30ish onwards.
