boys well times are good and things are really happinin here in van. at the moment its been rainin for the past 3 days but not full torrential downpour , more of the drizzle crap that hangs round. big plus on this is that ive been cruisin round feelin out standup slides in the wet. shit its loose. good ol o tangs are the go. got wet as fuk yesterday and not to mention cold as too, but had so much fun bustin that ill be back out amongst it soon today. good thing a nice hot shower is just inside and a lil back up the hill. the good ol mole one is a big hit and the goodness here in bc zeeches the shit outta ya. been watchin a fair bit of hockey on cable and the cunucks not doin too badly ecept they lost to montreal 3 zip last night. went for a hell mission last weekend to see the rash and a coupla other hills. the rash is such a super sweet ultra rad hill for any level of rider. mate im tellin ya its shit hot. pretty gnar ditch on both sides so comin off isnt an option but as we all know too well, shit happens eh!! fresh pow up on the hill with all this rain down here. 11 cm fell yesterday before 5 so i imagine it was dumping all night cause the hills are still in behind the big grey pow wow, let it dump i say. may get up there this weekend if the crew headin up. usaual thursday nite downtown gnar thrash fest tonight. im guessin its on and mega gnar in the wet, the spiral o death will have some takers for sure. well rip tight lads back home, get some tubular action fo me, keep sessioning with the beers and rip it gnar hell thrash styles.

holy shit. well those of you who said vancouver was wet where so rite!! its beeen wet for the last two weeks and im tellin ya's all the while driftibn thrashin and bombin are all fun in the wet it sucks asse to be wet cold and now sick as a result of burning the candle at both ends. ive been skatin preetty much every second day in the wet or snow or just greasy cold conditions and i tottally miss the warm goodness of down under. maryhill freeride was the weekend just passed and t drive the eh team van down and back was a total privildge, thanks meatball. were to start, got into ponderosa at 2 sat morning to cold icy wet conditions and woke micho and jon huey up to crash on the fllor. 4 hrs of wat you could call rest, def not sleep, and its time to bail out to the loops road. all we saw was rain wind and more fukin rain. wasnt stoppin me. those who have riddin the hill know of the joys that railing through tight fast corners gives but very few can say that theyv hit the loops rd in the wet. this was a treat im tellin you all. its hard to say weather aqua wheels wrer better on the day , but as i had none i used the norm. supprisingly it wasnt to bad. thats not to say i didnt shit myself the first time down cause i did, in a big way. tried plenty of different boards and when the day was nearly done, zak.m hit me up to race him on the rodgers bros luges. now this was fun. id imagin it was wat it feesl like to have a bus sideways on the drift. cold wet sik and massivly stoked i left sat and hoped for sunshine on sunday. sunday turned on with nice sunny conditions sytill cool as the tail wind was aroubd 40 kts. this was the treat i misssed at the festival of speed. she really turns on the pace and the heat with a hard tail wind and 10 ridders all drawing the finest of lins for the most speed. it was all worth the wait to get the loops rd with near perfect conditons fof fast clean railing axtion.
