man im not trying to argue that anyone is better then anyone else i just wanted some names of skaters who i could research and find some vids of for some inspiration. if people decide they dont wanna be competitive thats fine

yes chris dahl is better then Bam, but then I just hate on bam so its my opinion. and your all wrong its me just wait to see at newtons, only kidding but maybe one day I will be and thats the goal.

The question of who the best all-round skater is is a good one but kinda impossible to answer. Is there anybody who excels at street, vert and longboard/downhill/slalom? Some people are good at two of those, but three?

yeh thats it bugs,i thought of people who excelled in a few disciplines that i knew of or had seen,but its easier to talk about the best in a single discipline,its interesting hearing what people think tho...my picks would be
speedboard-mischo
shortboard-tony hawk
slalom-dom k
freestyle-rod mullen........but i change my mind as time goes on and as more becomes apparent to me.

i think some of the Loaded guys should definitely get a mention. Pilloni and more recently Kelly can do some amazing things on skateboards.

And of course Colton who seems to drive most of the worlds longboarding stoke through everything he does.

agreed leigh,pilloni and kelly are definately up for the freeride title...i think a nother year or two racing under there belt will confirm their speedboarding status,but they are the shizz at the moment

chris dahl one of the best most polished riders out there (personal oppinion as he dont race) watching his vids gave me a reality check with how good i was with tech sliding, Adam Auger (simpley steezy coffin slide guy) just amazingly tallented with hard wheel sliding, has one of the nicest check slides and the longest upright nose blunt i have ever seen. if you slide watch all their vids and you will just get so many ideas for tricks its not funny
