<p>What alot of people seem to forget with pushing is it's not just about getting your board moving, but just as importantly your body. Having said that I believe a large portion of the power and speed of your push comes from your upper body. Find a way of moving your arms that works for you and build a solid powerful rhythm.</p>
<p>Ever seen P-Swiss push of the line? His arms are a weapon.</p>

<p>Start off with quick little pushes, slowly build up bigger strides, my push is one of my biggest strongpoints! remember, every little bit counts, i think one of the main problems that occurs is getting on your board and into tuck quickly, practice on a mellow hill</p>
