race to qualify is the way to go... i would like to see the IGSA change the rule book to accommodate this rule, not only is it better for the spectators and gives everyone more chances to run the hill, but it allows more race experience to be gained especially for those new to racing.
take all the canadian races for example, they are all run in a day and have over 100 competitors... next vid i will be putting up of Danger Bay to LA will show you how simple it is, big man at the top of the hill announcing the rules says "its race to qualify, so dont worry everyone here GETS TO RACE AT LEAST 2 HEATS TODAY, so put your game faces on and have fun"
so in one day you can get a few practice runs in, then race to qualify, and then if you get knocked out in the first round you have already had 5 runs down the hill, 3 of which are in race format
