<p>Correct Hop, but refusal to co operate with police by not answering direct questions will, and has, provoke a power tripping cop to charge you with obstruction. It's messed up and entirely one sided, but I have been charged with it and sadly, it stuck in court when I decided to fight it. The best approach is to give vague answers that don't actually tell them anything. Can't charge you with obstruction if you're co opperating with them ;)</p>

<p>you are a skateboarder. you are scum. thats the bottom line. argue it as much as you like, between our community we have respect for each other and know what we are doing is not wrong, but in the public eye (and most likely the people who are out to get you) you are a criminal doing the wrong thing at all times... you are on a skateboard, you have no rights!</p>
