ASRA - Australian Skateboard Racing Association

Ok i got some rubber today for foot brake soles for each of my vans (i can footbreak with both feet) but the problem is... my vans (mid school '77) have the grip with the hole things.. dont know how to describe it ill post a picture.. so i was just wondering how am i to go about glueing the rubber to my shoes?
here are my shoes with the soles

i had the same with my shoes, i just put lots of quik grip

Easy, shoe goo. Smear on both surfaces, rub them together. Park your car on top of the shoe overnight. Make sure you cover ALL of the edges.

Masking tape seems to work the best ;)
