SUMMARY:Two Days of Turri
DESCRIPTION:The two day event is a racer's race -- two days and four e
 vents -- both giant slalom and downhill racing. This is an official, p
 ermitted event - NOT an Outlaw. The Turri Road venue has a crest that 
 allows racing events to take place in both directions -- each side is 
 a screamer -- two days of fast racing on challenging courses. Racers c
 an expect courses/runs to be approx. one minute in length – some of 
 the longest, fastest GS racing ever (their claim we know BTB is faster
 ).\n\nSaturday -- Single lane GS (site of the Worlds 2004 & Nationals 
 2008 – speeds of 45mph were clocked). Thunderdome ramp start, 3-4 ti
 med runs for each racer. Day one also features a Downhill event -- wit
 h DH racers battling it out to see who will rule the hill on Saturday.
 \n\nSunday – Single lane GS using the opposite side of the road from
  day one – featuring a 30mph hairpin turn with a few more gates afte
 r that! Thunderdome ramp start, 3-4 timed runs for each racer. Again t
 he Downhill racers will be battling it out at high speeds to see who c
 an claim overall bragging rights.\n\nHelmets required for all and slid
 er gloves also for downhill events.\n\nInitial sponsors include - Toyl
 and Ranch, Sk8Kings, Abec-11, Gravity, Tactis and more to be announced

  is one of the best venues but it is costly for us to be able to race 
 there for two days. Entry fee through March 30 is $100 per racer and c
 overs entry to all four events (downhill and slalom). Entry fee will i
 ncrease to $125 on April 1 and race day registration will cost $150 --
