Spee ds while racing could reach as high as 80km/h. Road surface is nice an d smooth and ready to shred.\nTravel\nThere will be a shuttle bus for this race This bus will leave from Sydney on FRIDAY afternoon from my house at around 5 or 6pm and will make one stop at Hopkin on the way t o pick up anyone else who cant make it to Curl Curl.\nWe will be trave ling back to sydney as soon as the race finishes.\n \nLocation\nThe h ill's location is on the western side of the Blue Mountains (45 minute s from Katoomba) but will be undisclosed until the DAY of the race. Ev eryone will meet at Venice Caravan Park, Hartley by 6am and will roll as a group to the hill. If you are late, you miss out.\nCategories\nTh ere will be only an opens class run as far as race divisions go as the track is not a 'Grom/Beginner' track, however if there are riders und er the age of 17 and a bunch of girls then we will have results and pr izes for them according to how they ranked in the opens.\nRegistration \nRegistration is now closed\n \nSafety Requirements\n\nFull Leathers \nFullface helmet\nGloves\n\nDue to the location of the race, and it b eing far from the nearest medical institute we will need all competito rs to be prepared and come ready with all the necessary safety item s listed. \nAccommodation\nDue to the distance traveling by most comp etitors, it would be a good idea to get your camping action on, or boo k somewhere to stay on the friday night. The Majority of the group wil l be staying at Venice Caravan Park on friday night. It is $14 per per son for camping.
