Date Saturday 7th April Noosa Hill Climb,  Gyndier Drive, Tewa ntin 10:00am start, must be registered by 9:30 at latest so that races can begin at 10:00 Rules -This is a Teams Race – To enter you mus t have a team of 4-6  -The winner of a Race will be the first team t o have two  members of the team over the line. -Teams may touch each other during the race (bumping, draft trains, slingshot) in order to gain advantage but may not touch the opposing team members -Teams mus t organize a (unique) Colour shirt to wear prior to event so that race results are easier to determine. POST YOUR TEAM NAME AND MEMBERS  BE LOW AND IT WILL BE ADDED TO THE LIST. This day will only work with th e cooperation of every skater working together to coordinate heats and finals, please do not skate the hill once the event has started, be p repared to listen to the directions given by an organiser, if you can not follow simple instructions please stay away :) Format Teams will be seeded prior to event roughly, so that an effective race tree can be made 3 Round-Robin Races to get a top 4 (possible – extra races i f there are many tied teams) Semi Finals Finals Entry $10 registratio n fee, to ensure that we can get a vehicle to get us up and down the h ill on the day + left overs will be prize money Help Wanted Anyone wi lling to help out on the day, or dads that could help with marshalling or organising lifts to the top of the hill would be greatly appreciat ed! Possibly organising drinks to be sold on the day, there is a serv o and café down the road (5 Minute flatland skate) where racers can g o for lunch if needed. Prizes This event will feed of the stoke and G nar of the day, prizes will come in the form of cash prizes from regis tration (non-profit event) so the more people that attend, the higher the prize! Possible sponsorship prizes will be added, will update. Th e Track Noosa Hill Climb is a closed road so there is no need to worry about cars, however it is a popular course for runners and cyclists. This is an OUTLAW EVENT meaning that there is no council or police app roval, so racers must be vigilant for any runners or cyclists climbing or descending the hill.
