Yep, will bring the Tag. To use the Tag radios to get the finish line to communicate with the timer at the start requires a few bits of cable with the right connections, and they were all lost with the Trakmate. It's not hard to make new ones if you cables, a crimper, and the right plugs (I think the Tag speaks RJ45 but can't remember for sure)

Cool Bugs, are you bringing the TAG Heuer? We have cables for the full setup on the Trakmate but it's nice not to have to run one, is there anything else we need to connect the TAG to the Trakmate or does it just hook up?

Yep, always used a speaker in the past. Any battery powered speaker will do. Lotsa iPod and phone speakers around that will do the job.

Spreadsheets are available on this site in the event help section.

Bugs,  Might need some help on the day, though I think we will be in business.  Have you set up a speaker with the trackmate before ?  The internal speaker is pretty wimpy.  Also keen to get latest version of double elimination spreadsheet that you have used.

Scotty, let me know if you need any help/advice in setting up the Trakmate. Not sure I'll have any special expertise to add, though I have done it before.

I'll be coming down on Saturday morning. What's a good time to arrive?
