DESCRIPTION:THE OFFICIAL SLALOM NATIONALS! \nWhat is it\nThe Australia
 n National Slalom Championships (aka CROSS Cup) will be run by the guy
 s at CROSS and is happening at:\n\nMt Stromlo on March 10, \nAinslie 
 Ditch on March 11, and\nSpence drains on March 12\n\n \nFormat\nHead 
 to Head slalom at Stromlo with a mixture of single race double elimina
 tion and dual race single elimination. The ditch slalom will be done o
 n a Time-trial jam format.\n \nThe Ditches\nDitch slalom with wicked 
 acid drops and teeth of doom at Ainslie, and a more mellow toothless d
 itch at Spence.\n \nLocation\nThe head to Head slalom will on the Mt 
 Stromlo criterium track at Stromlo Forest Park. The Ditch slalom will 
 be at the famous teeth of doom at Ainslie Drains and a second drain ev
 ent at Spence drains on the Monday.\n \nCategories\nEverybody will ra
 ce in the Opens with prizes for outstanding efforts from anyone who co
 mes and races.\n \nRegistration\nRider fee is $25 for Stromlo, $10 fo
 r Ainslie, $5 for Spence or $35 for everything.\n\nSafety Requirements
 \n\nMandatory - Helmet\nRecommended - Gloves and pads\n\n\nPresentatio
 ns and raffle\nThis year we are having our usual events plus a race at
  Spence on Monday. Presentations will either return to the Statesman o
 r be held somewhere else local.\n\nAccommodation\nThe best place to st
 ay is the Statesman Hotel in Curtin which is located a short ride to e
